Lake Oswego Lacrosse Camp is a local camp with a big time feel! We pride ourselves in our year round involvement in youth lacrosse in the State of Oregon. This year we will be offering a three day youth clinic for beginning level 2nd through 6th graders providing fundamental lacrosse skills. We will have FUN while focusing on passing, catching, shooting, cradling, movement of the field, and teamwork.
Aligned with the basics, Lake Oswego Lacrosse Camp feels a loyalty to Oregon youth Lacrosse and values involvement in providing camps that cater to local coaches, players and teams. The camp/clinic will be implementing a “Give LAX Back” program this 2008 year that encourages parent involvement and education in the sport of lacrosse. Qualified and energetic coaches from Division I to Division III universities work with players in groups and one on ones. Contact: Aly Vislocky at avislocky@lolacrossecamp.com or (503) 675-5122

U15 OREGON GIRLS TRAVEL TEAM INFORMATION
The Oregon travel team is being formed to bring us in to alignment with other girls' lacrosse clubs in the West and in response to the level of
play being played by other girls' lacrosse clubs in the western united states. We will follow their guidelines to be competitive.
1. This is for the girl who wants to make Lacrosse their primary sport.
2. Tryouts will be held in the early Fall, with practices and tournaments primarily in the Fall and Winter.
3. We may attend a few tournaments the summer of 2009, however we will not have any events during the Spring lacrosse season.
4. At least one parent must volunteer and be responsible for no more than four girls at each away event. The travel team coordinator will
give parents a guideline in arrangements and travel costs, however ultimately the exact way in which the player gets to the event is the
parents responsibility to take in to account various budgets and travel preferences.
5. The girls on the team would want to become the best by playing the best!
6. We will be playing in U15 events. Girls must be under 15 by December 31, 2008
Tentative dates:
January 2009: Palm Springs, CA Girls Lax Tournament
February 2009: San Diego, CA Youth Lax Festival
March 2009: Univ of Cal Berkley, Sticks Festival
7. Tryouts will be Veterans weekend in November, with 4 to 5 practices before our first Tournament.
