Lake Oswego Lacrosse Camp is a local camp with a big time feel! We pride ourselves in our year round involvement in youth lacrosse in the State of Oregon. This year we will be offering a three day youth clinic for beginning level 2nd through 6th graders providing fundamental lacrosse skills. We will have FUN while focusing on passing, catching, shooting, cradling, movement of the field, and teamwork.
Aligned with the basics, Lake Oswego Lacrosse Camp feels a loyalty to Oregon youth Lacrosse and values involvement in providing camps that cater to local coaches, players and teams. The camp/clinic will be implementing a “Give LAX Back” program this 2008 year that encourages parent involvement and education in the sport of lacrosse. West Linn Youth Lacrosse is looking for qualified coaches for the upcoming spring season. We are looking for coaches with varsity HS experience and hopefully college playing experience. There a positions available with more responsibility and some for asst coaches. The amount of time you are able to commit and your experience will determine your stipend. The Overlake High School Seeking Boys Varsity Coach - Redmond, Washington Overlake High School is seeking a qualified Varsity coach for its men's lacrosse program. Collegiate level playing experience is a must for all applicants. Previous coaching experience preferred. A demonstrated commitment to sportsmanship and player development is required. The qualified individuals will have: Leadership and motivational skills, strong knowledge and passion for the game, ability to lead this group of players to compete at a high level. We stress passion, commitment and integrity as core principles of success. Competitive compensation to the right individual. The season runs from February to May 2008. Coaches should be available for practices 5 nights/week starting late February, with games during the week. Coaches in our school report to and receive strong support from the Athletic Director and can concentrate fully on the players and the games. Boys Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach & Assistant/JV Coach Positions
Tualatin High School, Tualatin, Oregon
The Tualatin High School Lacrosse Club is looking for a boys varsity head coach and assistant or JV lacrosse coach for the 2008 season. Tualatin High School is a 6A school with a strong athletic tradition that has resulted in league championships in every OSAA-sanctioned sport, including six state and one national championship. Our lacrosse program has had a successful first two years (two years JV and one varsity), and we anticipate continued success with the right coaching team. We enjoy outstanding support from the Tualatin High School administration and athletic office. We have a solid financial base, enthusiastic parents, and approximately 50 interested and experienced players. The head coach will participate in assistant coach hiring. All coaches are paid, with salaries competitive with other clubs. This is an ideal opportunity for the right individual to take an existing strong program to a state-level position.
